Your chosen courier delivered the package to the wrong house. I realised something was wrong when I tracked the delivery and found that it had been delivered. The courier should have walked another forty meters along the track to our address. Note, it had been raining and the package was left out in the open. The tracking statement said it had been signed for - not so, as it was left outside the neighbour's side door as there was no one at home to receive it. You are best off using Royal Mail as they know where the addresses are.
