Anthony and Liz understood what we wanted and advised appropriately. For example, we indicated a million shares for our company, we were advised to reduced it to 100 shares as there is no business advantage for having so many shares but there are disadvantages in case of winding up the company for reasons of say, bankruptcy. They also reviewed the scanned copies of all our documents before advising us to mail in the hard original copies. Very professional approach.
