Impressed. Had a call to check we wanted details set up in a certain way (we did) but was impressed with the dilligence. Simple, very fair value for money and straightforward to set up, will use again if and when we set up another Company. One tiny bit of constructive criticism - allow us to select more than one bank to be introduced to - it will give you a better commission, and it would have been interesting for us to see what the new "online only" banks had to offer. Overall though, excellent and straightforward. Thanks

Highly professional company formation services at reasonable price!

Giving 3 stars as Customer service was great but customer experience not so much - Too many hidden costs in process from advert to check out! Also had errors in my final registration submitted. Which was dealt with efficiently but should never happen in the first instance. But I get we're human we make mistakes - I suggest to have a quality control in place to avoid future mistakes :-)

I cannot praise Blue Sky Company Formations enough. They are there at the end of the phone to talk you through any queries or to advice on anything that you do not understand. I have been using them for at least 5 years and will continue to do so.

Good responses from the employees. However, the online purchase form (should have an example to advise what to expect and prepare) and the process of purchasing a company needs to be reviewed ! (e.g. incomplete purchase will ask for payment AGAIN; After successfully bought and registered in Company House, the online record still showed "incomplete order"!)

We've used Blue Sky many times but this time we are disappointed. We were told it would be 1 - 3 days to register. Chased and was told it was beyond Blue Skys control as it totally down to Companies House. Then, 5 days later we were asked a further question about ownership. We eventually got the company registered a full week later.

I am glad I decided to go with Blue Sky Formations. They answered all my questions and helped me with their online forms. I received my paperwork promptly which took a few days to come through. Overall very happy with the experience. Would recommend to others looking for an agent to register their company with.
