Be very cautious with Writesonic/Botsonic. I canceled my subscription over a year ago, switched to a free plan, and never even used their service. Today, they attempted to charge me $500 without any notification whatsoever, and their support team is completely unresponsive. Never provide them with your credit card or PayPal details. If you decide to use their service, opt for disposable or temporary payment methods to protect yourself from these scammers. Additionally, if anything goes wrong, they won't refund any payments. I tried to recover a similar charge a year ago, and my refund request was denied.

I love the ease of use I found on Writesonic. I used the 10 step Article generator, and found it quite easy to work through it. I was also quite impressed with the thoroughness of the research conducted before the article was written. As I'm presently using the Free version, I couldn't get my writing style set, but I guess that will happen when I move to the Paid version. I was very satisfed with the final article it generated. My only grouse - and why I am giving it only 4 stars out of 5 - is that it started generating the article, but after 12 minutes, it went back to a previous page, without completing it. This happened 3 times, after 5-7 minutes or so, each time. Finally, it did give me the completed article. Apart from that, I found it to be a really good product.
