From the quick response to my request for a quote, to the communications that kept me informed as to when I should expect a visit from the engineer, and the visit itself - on Bank Holiday Monday evening - when Polash came and fixed what I was afraid was a hopelessly damaged Samsung, I have no hesitation in recommending this service with a full 5 stars. I would highly recommend this business. Used for the first time today for a cracked iPhone screen. The phone was repaired in my own home and all covid rules were followed. The gentleman was very professional. Very happy with all aspects.

Polash is amazing - I have used him "too many times" due to a 10 and 7 year old boys :-) breaking things This time he excelled as my 7 year old broke his arm and whilst in hospital dropped his ipad ( more importnat than his broken arm ) and Polash came out ealry the next day to fix it !!! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!

After an amazing service replacing my iPhone screen a few years ago, I recommend this company to my mother who needed her iPad battery replaced. My mother had told me the wrong model and Polash was very understanding and took the iPad with him on the Friday and brought it back Sunday.
