Not received my order still. Emailed twice, sent a facebook message and called 6 times but no response. After writing this review, I was contacted by them not long after, but only because of the review and have still not sorted out my order

I receive a diferent liquid than I order . I told them but no answer.

Good product, I really like it.But till now can't find the best nicotine shot flavour that goes nice with it.

UPDATE: Got a phonecall this morning offering an alternative for the bottles that were out of stock (3 bottles rather than the 2 I ordered) but I decided to wait for the original flavour to arrive instead. They apologised for the bottles I received that were the wrong flavour and are sending the correct ones (again, 3 bottles instead of 2) as soon as possible, and have said I can keep the wrong ones too. Very pleased with how these issues have been handled and will continue buying from E-Liquids UK! I'm normally happy with my purchases from E-Liquids UK, but the service wasn't as good as usual this time. 2 of my bottles were the wrong flavour and the seals had already been broken - order arrived yesterday and I didn't look at these 2 bottles until this morning. Emailed customer support as soon as I noticed around 9am and still haven't had a response (it's now 5.40pm). Delivery also took longer than expected - I ordered on a bank holiday weekend so expected my order to be processed on Tuesday and arrive Wednesday as they use Royal Mail's 24 hour service. It didn't arrive until Thursday but this wasn't a massive inconvenience. My order was also missing 2 bottles but a note was included promising they would follow shortly, but still no sign of them today. I'm hoping to receive the missing bottles soon and hopefully a reply (and replacements) regarding the incorrect bottles quickly. I've been buying from E-Liquids UK for quite a while now and only ever had a delay in one of my items once, and it did arrive shortly after. Hopefully the problems with my latest order will be solved quickly as I would like to continue buying from this store. Will update my review as appropriate if these these issues are resolved soon.

Delivery was shockingly fast, prices and selection are great. Would like to see a bit more salts hardware, but that's just nitpicking!

Extremely efficient service

A good range of liquids to chose from however I was sent the wrong strength liquid. I contacted E-Liquid via their website and got no response. I contacted them again via email. They apologised and I was told they would send the correct order out to me. It's now a week later and I haven't received anything. Now taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered clearance lot of 3 10 ml nasty juice flavors and they were harsh as hell, they ruined 3 of my coils instantly , i took them to a vape shop and they said might be expired.

I love the quickness of the delivery, replacement options they offer if the liquid you have ordered is out of stock and the point collecting scheme!

Never received my order. 2 weeks after order "dispatched" I was told that I only provided half an address. I had requested a refund. 10 days later I still have not received a refund. My enquiries about my refund are being ignored. I was given the number 01483861121 to call and this always just rings out when I call. Never answered. EDIT - following submission of this review the company contacted me again. Money now refunded & dated same day as my original review.

Best price especially for 6 wow. Great tasting flavor very quick next day delivery. My only issue was not having the stronger nicotine in the flavor I wanted apart from that all was perfect
