My first bottle of juice arrived burst, the package was damaged and juice was everywhere. Probably the mail carriers fault. When I got in touch they promised me a replacement no questions asked. After the phone call they let me know my item was discontinued so I instead picked a different one, which arrived the following day. Good service considering it probably was not their fault. Good of them to let me choose my replacement
