Then I emailed to the customer support to inform them the problem. The team responded back to me very quickly telling me that they gonna ship the replacement bottle straight away. I just received the new one today. E-liquid Uk is one of the best vape store customer service out there!!

After i placed my order i immediately recieved the confirmation mail and got noticed when they shiped it. I received my parcel today (Wednesday) and everything is fine, that means it has taken no damage. So it took only three buisness days to ship my parcel to germany. The liquid is Ice Cream Cake by Flawless Vape Labs, and it's absolutley delicious. That's the way you satisfy a customer. Thanks so much
