Ordered over £50's worth of e liquid, ordered 12 bottles in total at just over £50 when i saw this was free shipping. Received my order today i received 5 bottles less than half my order, contacted e-liquids they apologized and then told me they would resend my missing items, and as a gesture of good will i asked for a £20 store credit. They responded to me apologizing saying they couldn't authorize my desired credit but because one of my bottles became out of stock they applied it. Logged in my account about 5 hours later to look to see if i could get myself a nice RDA cheap and no in store credit has been applied to my account. Sent them a email back and waiting upon another response. This is unacceptable and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you wish for a lot of hassle. Stay away! Tom C

The e liquid Flawless is great quality. They didn't include a dripper cap and the postage costs were pricey.
