Mechanic man is owned by same owner of car company JJ Premium Cars which have miss sold me a faulty car with fake warranty and have now gone bust. Leaving me with no help or point of contact. I’m left paying a broken £14,000 car with no warranty

The team were all so lovely when I came in. Listened to my concerns prior to MOT and offered to check this and repair if needed before testing!

After almost 3 months and a failure to trickle charge the battery despite advising and leaving the trickle charger in the boot for them, hence the car was in lock down mode and entry was not possible, I picked up my car after my glass key was ruined!! Apparently dropped on the floor and key had to be rebuilt !! By this time the battery had gone flat leaving the vehicle locked so entry could not be gained, I eventually got access. When I picked the car up there was literally no electrics working !! No windows, no seats moving, no radio/cd. No central locking ! They did not charge but I gave them £100 for a drink ! I should have kept the money !! Very disappointing indeed won’t use again !!
