Great customer service by the contact person, the lady called Yasmin. Ordered a pair of boots which turned out a bit tight and a replacement pair was organised and delivered! For those in search of great quality, Gomila Intersole is the place to be!

My sneakers and shoes were crafted to the highest quality and arrived in pristine condition. There was an issue with the delivery which was dealt with proactively and with utmost professionalism. Nicely made shoe. the rubber sole could have been made a bit more thicker though, at least 1.25 inches.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with Yasmin, very professional and to the point and the ability to phone at any time when you have questions or would like an update is a real gift that not many companies provide. I'm a UK size 16 so shoes have always had to be made so I have experience from multiple different companies and Gomila is the best I have dealt with for all factors, the fit was excellent, payment was convenient and I could try them on first, shipping times were very quick, the leather is so high quality and the unboxing experience felt as though I'd spent a lot more than I did. Nothing negative to say at all and couldn't recommend more.

Bought a pair of nubuck sandals. Outstanding build quality, a well crafted last, and excellent attention to detail. These types of sandals can often be uncomfortable but not these - very very happy with them and would highly recommend. Just ordered a second pair !
