Quick service but postage and package for 2 small replacement items was expensive.

Ordered flail blades with nuts and bolts, Fast delivery however 1 blade short and no nuts for bolts, after reporting shortages also quickly delivered 1 blade but wrong size of nuts, gave up and bought correct nuts in B&Q

Completed perchances website very slow

The ordering and follow up are not as slick as they could be. Ordering process was clunky and there is a lack of information on the website. No confirmation email. Myb goods were out of stock, which was not the case on the web and I never got an email to tell me, I had to phone. Goods came and hopefully as ordered as I have not had time to fit them yet. Just average service.

Website keeps freezing during checkout process.

Disappointed at delivery charge which was the same cost as the fanbelt. Not sure who they use to deliver but I hope it comes hand delivered with a bow 🎁
