Only the bottle worked, rest was garbage

USPS unprofessionably sent the pkg back to shipper..(remarking "no such address" my address doesn't exist..bs)..Nerve Renew handled my request to resend promptly...I have already filed complaint on USPS...my address is good and I will review product effectiveness..after use...

The purchase which i ordered was precise and quick and easy. But before I could sign out, you were trying to sell me "MORE" stuff. The original order was for $147 and that was fine and the product does work. But before signing out I said NO to the add'l item and yet you put a charge thru against my credit card. So although the process was easy, you over reached and tried to sell me an add'l product that I did not want. Without the separate add on, your process was great and a definite 5 but the add on was a problem and caused an issue with my credit provider. Thus only 3 stars,

Ordering is easy and sometimes I even get a savings coupon. The product really helps my feet.

Although the order process was an easy process, I was disappointed that the promised 20% flashed up discount offer was not available, as promised, at the checkout. Why was the offer made if it wasn't going to be honoured?

I used a discount code (which I had 1 hr to use) but at checkout, I got a message that it couldn't be combined with any other offers. I thought that was misleading advertising. Everything else was ok.
