Jitka is a warm friendly and helpful contact with this little known subject. She remains professional at all times and comes over as someone who goes that extra mile. I know I can be confusing because as someone in their mid seventies it's quite a struggle keeping up with technology. Great quality product, a little heavier than I thought but its solid. Given the weight its a bit more difficult to hang on the door and manoeuver but would still recommend it. App is easy to use.
