Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We met Nicky after being recommended. Nicky explained the various mortgage options and also gave us advice on the Spanish buying process as this was our first time buying a property in Spain. The valuation of the property was carried out 2 days later and we had a mortgage offer within one week. Nicky and her team also arranged our NIE numbers and dealt with the lawyers, notary office and selling estate agent. Everyone we dealt with at Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy (Nicky, Joanne, Kim and Tracey) are all very quick at replying to emails and phone calls. From viewing the property to completing the purchase and getting the keys to our apartment was less than 2 months and would have been even quicker other than a 2 week delay on our part.
