FLG is a neat little system that provides the business with a good workflow tool. Like all systems it has its quirks and needs some development to make it more intuitive and flexible. FLG appreciate this and are investing again in the product. The support team are excellent and know the system inside out. They are quick to respond and clear in their communication. A shout out for Dan and Sarah who have always come through for me.

The (Service) is a 5 out of 5 stars. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Sarah, Dan and Karen who I have been in contact with are Excellent. I rate the CRM system 4.5 out of 5 stars, in relation to the available functions on the CRM. If a couple more simple suggested functionalities were added to the system, I'd consider this the best CRM out there in the market. Price is reasonable too.

Since installing FLG it's transformed the way we operate, we are far more efficient saving time & money. The service we have received from the team, Dan in particular has been excellent. We are a small business, but their system has allowed us to grow our business without increasing our head count.

FANTASTIC ALL AROUND! Wether you are very technical or new to this sort of thing, FLG can really help you and your business. We have been using FLG for a number of years now and started with just one small team using their service. The more we got to grips with the service we realised how much we could use this within our business. Currently we have around 50% of our business using their service and we will be looking to continue to grow our business with them in the future. The system has lots of features and integration tools with other systems so the options are limitless with a bit of know how. If you are not that technical their support team are always very pleasant and helpful. They will do what they can to help you achieve you goal as quickly as they can. Can’t fault them!
