The entire experience with Warble was great. They helped us the whole way in finding the perfect band for our function (within our budget) and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything went well. The process once we selected the band and it was confirmed was pretty seamless and well planned. Will certainly use them when we need a band again

Adam Towers at Warble entertainment made life easy at a time that was needed. Simple paperwork. Adam was quick to reply to all enquiries.....no matter how silly. He gave us a countdown to our event and stayed in constant but not intrusive contact. Would have no reservations in recommending them plus the band we hired, Swingin Jukebox, was brilliant.

Really great service from Warble, Nikki was very helpful and kept us up to date regularly. The band we booked "Only by the Night" kept our wedding reception rocking all evening. This really turned out to be a good decision everyone involved were excellent. Thanks Mr & Mrs Ollie.

Do not book with Warble. They were fairly responsive when booking for our wedding, then as soon as we booked, communications were rare. They clearly weren't interested after they took our money. And, despite being very careful to give them clear instructions on what we wanted for our first dance and dj set playlist, the band didn't do what we had asked which led to a very embarrassing first dance situation and a bunch of terrible songs killing the mood on the dance floor inbetween sets. What was the point in asking for our preferences? We paid so much money for a professional set up, and we ended up with a good band who had absolutely not been briefed properly and a set up that had not been organised properly. If you're an experienced event manager, then Warble are probably not too bad to work with, because you will be able to anticipate issues that they simply won't help you with. But if you're booking for an event and you aren't a professional, you will not get the assistance you need for things to run smoothly. I wish we hadn't booked with them and spend so much of our budget on this. Their response to my complaint was to blame the band, which I thought was pretty poor, too.

Warble Entertainment were a great company to work with and had extremely good communication throughout the whole process. There was always a friendly and professional member of staff on the other end of an email or phone call and responses to any queries were consistently prompt and helpful. The processes were made really clear from the start and automated reminders leading up to the wedding were great and reassuring. It felt like a personal service along the way, with guidance and personal opinion offered on making our choice of band, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Would definitely recommend to others!

I can honestly say I had no issues with Warble Entertainment Service. I contacted Warble in the hope that Andrew Bourn would be available for my wedding reception, luckily for us all he was. I was kept abreast by both email and calls throughout for the up and coming entertainment throughout, at no stage was I concerned about my booking or your companies service. The booking process was very easy, covering both the deposit and the full amount. The personal call from Andrew to ensure the details were covered was greatly appreciated. Andrew can never fail to deliver, those of us who had been lucky enough to have seen Andrew before were as impressed as ever and had a great time. Those who had not seen him before we're equally blown away not only with his singing and interpersonal skills but as the 'eye candy!' and he may have found a new batch of female groupies both young and old! Our wedding was a small and intimate occasion and several of our guests have contacted us after the event commenting on how amazing Andrews performance was. Andrew Bourn is both a charming and personable gentleman, his act continues to be quite simply outstanding. Thank you so much, your time with us rounded off our wedding reception wonderfully.
