Been with them for six years. Have been good. Would recommend. Every year I get a better price than the previous year. Also this time gave option to add a replacement vehicle if its a fault claim 14 days £80 28 days £125 Just took the add on because it can be very stressful when you don't have a car and cannot carry on working. Customer service has got better over the years.

The service and communication was poor. I spoke to 2 different people. Kesha was abrupt and I felt Louise wasn't happy about doing her job as she seemed moody when on the phone. I reported Kesha's behaviour to Louise but felt no action was taken.

I insured my car on 01/04/23 with the company and received an email that said my premium has increased by £367 because I didn't disclose an accident I had in the last three years. I phoned the office and told the staff that I am 100% sure that I had only one accident, there might be a date difference and requested the staff to check. The next day I received another email stating that there is an increment of £213 because there is three months difference between the date I disclosed and what they found (I told Feb/22 they found Nov/21). I phoned again, talked to one of the staff. She told me the reason was, the accident happened more than three years ago. I counted from the date that happened and informed her it is two years and five months a ago. She then told me they calculate the date based on each financial year which is April and my insurance date just passed one day. She insisted that I should pay it and finished the conversation. I have written complain and waiting for their reply. I don't understand how an incident starts to counts from each financial year other than the exact date the accident happened. Secondly what I was asked was if i had accident in the last three years not financial year. Based on what they said since the accident happened more than three years ago I should got discount on my premium because it happened beyond the time limit they asked me, not the reverse. I found the organisation unprofessional and untrusted to deal with, in the future
