Absolutely a nightmare took the money then decided they want all these documents now been with them for the past three years and now they want all this information I then send it all over to them and they constantly email back saying it’s not right they need this that and the other but when I question they haven’t required the information before they then don’t reply to messages until they now want more money from me because they have ‘calculated’ it incorrectly

Excellent to deal with, Fast and efficient

The representatives are nice friendly and helpful and I trust they will get me the best deal in the market to insure my cab, this is my third year with them and I’m quite happy.

Usually takes ages to sort insurance every year for my mini bus, but was hassle free this year, even though not ever had a claim I paid same amount this year would be nice to go down in price and have some recognition but apart from that great
