Poor customer service. You never know who you are talking to, and half the time, your order is delayed for weeks on end with no updates until you have to constantly chase. They are not worth the hassle.

As the Head of School in Hertfordshire we have used Breckland for a number of years. Up until recently we have always been served well. However, recently, the quality of service has declined. As well as the difficulties in being able to fulfil our orders, we have also been chasing for over 5 weeks for a refund for the cancellation of an order. I hope that they take note of our comments.

Breckland Scientific are by far the most helpful and reliable supplier of educational laboratory equipment in the UK. They will always go the extra mile in sourcing an item for you if it is not in the catalogue. They answer the phone quickly and are always polite and helpful. Our rep Lee is especially good!

Breckland Scientific always go that extra mile to help you. They also do a great points scheme which allows you to buy goods in lieu. All the staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Never had a problem with Breckland Scientific. All products are of a good quality with very helpful customer service. Have used them in other schools and now have insisted that the university open an account.

Good prices, but wish items were sent out straight away, and not delayed for a single item which is out of stock.
