United Kingdom | 19 December 2024Poor customer service. You never know who you are talking to, and half the time, your order is delayed for weeks on end with no updates until you have to constantly chase. They are not worth the hassle.

United Kingdom | 28 March 2022As the Head of School in Hertfordshire we have used Breckland for a number of years. Up until recently we have always been served well. However, recently, the quality of service has declined. As well as the difficulties in being able to fulfil our orders, we have also been chasing for over 5 weeks for a refund for the cancellation of an order. I hope that they take note of our comments.

They will always go the extra mile in sourcing an item for you if it is not in the catalogue. They answer the phone quickly and are always polite and helpful. Our rep Lee is especially good!
