Quickest, smoothest & most efficient sale! We had our property up with 2 other agents from June 2023, switched to Next Place and within a week we had several viewings, 2 offers & then sold! 3 months from start to finish with Christmas in between. Regular check-ins provide by Abby & Nicola once sold, but running up to the sale Luke was fantastic with the negotiations & got us what we wanted.
