Ordered online, paid £6.99 for dpd next day delivery. Next day arrived and dpd still hadn’t even received the parcel. Spoke to a RUDE “gentleman” on the phone who said dpd have potentially lost it… (even though dpd hadn’t even received it) he could refund the shipping and re send for it to be with me tomorrow or refund the whole thing and start again. I said refund the shipping (6.99) He didn’t even let me finish before saying “ok thank you bye” and put the phone down and ended up refunding the whole thing (which takes 10 days to appear back into the bank) so no order and the money I paid will appear in 10 days…. Horrendous customer service.
