I bought two different designs & colours of 100% human hair wigs. On receiving them, l didn’t like one due to the colour l chose. I called and spoke to a very polite Customer Service staff. She was very professional and extremely knowledgable of their goods. I was advise to return it for either exchange or full refund. I choose exchange and paid the difference. The product is on a lower range of the face mask I thought I would get, quite disappointed because of that, money wise the amazon and other seller are cheaper, knowing how cheap the mask actually are( brought them in Asian before) I really don’t think it worth to go back.
