I called just to get information on the possibility of attaining a loan to pay off my excessive debt. I had been making a little bit over minimum payments, but wasn't really getting far. When I called, Nicole answered and she was so patient and kind, taking her time to explain what my options were. Even when I had to end the call to go to a doctor's appointment, she gave me her direct number so I could call her back and continue the process. When I called back, she was ready to help me through the process. I was very anxious when I first called and by the time we were finished, I was at ease.
