Trying to communicate with them is like talking to brick wall…..met with total apathy. THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. ACCC and Fair Trading complaints to follow.

Australia | 23 October 2023On Friday 13th October 2023 I purchased a WD Elements Desktop 4TB 3.5 External Hard Drive for $169 with Postage of $8 from JW Computers so I could put heaps of Documents, Photos and Videos on it using my iMac and my iMac Business. I spoke to Paul on Friday afternoon and he said he will organise it to be posted with Express Post since the hard drive was delayed getting to the warehouse.

Australia | 22 December 2022Laptop shows as not collected after a week. Sales people say it is out for delivery. Very difficult to contact for resolution and told I should accept that it is a busy time of year. Requested order be cancelled but have received no confirmation that that has happened. Absolutely do not recommend. Stay away!
