Joanna made our experience better. We had already travelled from Lithuania to the UK by land and sea. My boy hated being caged for the 4 hour ferry from France to the UK (which i regretted doing after the fact). The flights were great having him on my lap or next to me throughout, but my boy hated being caged for takeoff and landing which weren't a quick process. He absolutely hated being taken away to the mandatory 10 day quarantine at Mickelham. But the main thing is that he is alive and well. A French Bulldog can only travel in cabin full stop. I love my son and no amount of money will prevent me from having him with me. Joanna saves children's lives. She is the ultimate professional with all paperwork and preparation well before the journey. The cabin staff are remarkable cleaning up after any children's hiccups in flight or even in the waiting lounge. The inflight food and drinks are astonishing. The seating and comfort for us parents is extremely good. We flew Stansted-Dubai-Singapore-Melbourne, but unable to disembark at any of the brief stopovers. I couldn't concentrate on anything else other than my son, so I couldn't fully relax for the entire flight. However, I am so happy I chose SkyePets and so grateful forever. We love you guys so much.

A fabulous, seamless journey from the booking until arriving in the UK from Australia. Couldn't recommend this service highly enough. It alleviates all the worry of having to have your furry friend travel in a cargo hold. It really was a special experience and Joanna is a great host, very caring and on point for all. We're settled back in the UK now and there is no doubt our trip home made that process go better than expected and I guess that's what you pay for. Again, just superb and thanks Joanna

We recently used Skye Pet travel to transport our French bulldog from UK to Australia using Joanna as his chaperone. Cannot fault anything, was always kept up to date with everything pre flight and had amazing updates and pictures during the journey. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if needed 😊
