United Kingdom | 10 August 2018Awful company to deal with. They did not provide the Certass certificate to show compliance with building regs. I contacted Certass directly on 6 occasions, they contacted Prostar directly and they still didn't provide certificate. Certass said they were powerless to act further. Prostar didn't return any phone calls or reply to correspondence either email or letter. When I did manage to speak to them on the phone they were rude and abusive. I would certainly never use this company again and would not recommend
