It has been three years since I posted my feedback for NDA Toys, I've decided it's time to give them some more recognition they deserve. First and foremost, I must highlight how great communications are from David on the sales team. David responds extremely quickly and in a friendly manner to any of my queries, be it availability, restocking, sourcing new hard to find items, I genuinely feel he wants to help me. I have also found NDA Toys more forthcoming than any other supplier I have dealt with in the UK who specialze in Toys and Games. I genuinely feel like I can depend on them. In addition to the above, the turnaround is extremely fast and I know my orders will arrive safely and intact via ParcelForce. I specialise in collector related merchandise, not only are the contents of what I purchase for my customers important, the retail packaging of the merchandise is important too, NDA Toys are receptive to this and go out of their way to assist. In the past I have mentioned about the importance of sturdiness of the shipping cartons and packing contents used before. I feel that there's always room for improvement and as seen with other Trustpilot comments on here, NDA Toys respond and care about their customers. I'd gladly recommend NDA Toys to fellow sellers. As highlighted before, a trade counter would be greatly appreciated though.

Unfortunately, our first (and probably our last) experience with NDA Toys wasn't good. The packaging leaves much to be desired. The order arrived in 3 over-15kg boxes, where 2 of them had a 10-15cm split at a corner and squashed goods showing. It didn't help that there was also inadequate packaging inside 2 of the boxes.

It is so annoying when you ask for an elert when items are back in stock then within seconds of checking the items are always then out of stock
