We recently bought a Peugeot Boxer from The Car Megastore at Hillsborough. Billy, Brendan and Alan were all really helpful and friendly and have us great advice about buying the van and staying in our old car. They're very focused on what's best for the customer, not at all pushy and very honest salesman. It was a smooth process and I recommend them completely.

Well, we'd been looking for a Van - what seemed like forever. Not just ANY Van, but a Van that had been well looked after. You'd think it would be relatively easy...not so. They'd all got either very high mileage, no service history or simply used and abused. We wanted something that was also clean because we were looking to move to Spain and would be taking our possessions with us...plus we didn't want to drive some 1500 miles in someone else's "grot" Anyway, having viewed a Transit in Derby which when the Dealer started it for a test drive - made an awful clanking noise when it moved. Hmmmm.... So, for the umpteenth time we had a look on Autotrader...and there it was...on CarMegaStore... just to the south of Sheffield. Only 45 mins away from us. It looked ideal. So we arranged a viewing the next day and bought if on the spot. No dodgy Salesman...just straight forward chat. Interestingly Billy (Sales Manager) said that many Dealers buy off auction/facebook/end of lease...which he said their company did not- as such purchases were invariably bad. So, here we are in the south of Spain. Van has even brilliant to date - so no complaints. Can't fault the service from Car Mega Store. Thanks. Geoff and Shirley 😊

The car was presented in immaculate condition. There was a slight issue and they had the car back and replaced the faulty part with a brand new one. They also gave us a nice car to use whilst the part was being fitted. Billy and Brendan were excellent,no pressure and very helpful.

We've just bought a car from Billy and the team, I can't praise them enough, the car was spotless when we collected it, the guy who cleans and valets the cars does an excellent job. The sale was so straightforward too. The after service can't be faulted as we had a minor electrical problem with the car, which was sorted out by Brendan the mechanic, they even offered to pick up and return the car even though we live 80+ miles away. Just purchased I van from mega store was sold with full service history last service was 24.000 now got 45.000 that not full service history stereo was not working and was told need code for it when head unit was no good was going to give me £60 for new head unit be very careful when you buy of them that what their advertise is true ill get I my own stereo BE CAREFULLY

Put a deposit down on a car but once I had the registration I had reservations as the particular car had multiple fails on its Mot. I dealt with Billy from the car Megastore he gave good advice re selling my existing car that would have given me an extra 700 and he also refunded my deposit.

I purchased a mercedes SLK online from the car mega store, as this was the first time i bought a car without actually viewing,i was very apprehensive but after speaking to their salesman Billy who was fantastic and sent me photos and videos of every angle of vehicle i decided to go ahead with buying the car,after a week a minor electrical fault developed(auto start/stop ceased to work)i envisaged having major issues trying to get fault rectified with garage but contacted Brendan/aftersales and he arranged car to be repaired at a local garage near me and all issues now resolved, both Billy and Brendan were fantastic to deal with and i would highly recommend the car mega store.

Purchased a Landrover Freelander from these awhile ago now and it’s always annoyed me I didn’t pursue this further. At the time the vehicle was 18 months old after 2 days I noticed the heated rear window didn’t work fully and on inspection noticed some stickers had been removed and damaged the elements. I went back explaining this and I couldn’t believe their attitude not interested just told there was just 3 months major mechanical or electrical. This is still their policy today it’s ok if you have no problems but your on your own if you do. Better service from some back street dealers.

I would recommend this company to anyone that wishes to sell their car. We went through Motorway.co.uk and then was given Mike's details at The Car Megastore Sheffield. just sold my caddy van to mike received a great offer which I accepted on wednesday 16th February 2022 had a phone call the following day from John who said would it be possible to collect my van which he was getting a train from Sheffield so I told him to get off at coseley station and I would pick him arrived bang on time drove to my home for John to look round van and test drive then phoned mike to say that everything was ok and funds payed into bank within minutes absolute pleasure dealing with this company top marks all-round
