I'd previously bought from Craig at the Auto Lounge and needed something to be turned around really quickly as it was a Christmas present, he arranged delivery of the vehicle and it was as described and was really impressed with the level of service. This time I was buying something for myself, I saw Craig post about the car I was looking to purchase and it was unbelievable, exactly what I was after in terms of spec. We sorted everything out from price, finance and part exchange and within two weeks I was venturing up to Aberdeenshire to collect my new dream Maserati Granturismo. I purchased a Mclaren 600LT from The auto lounge, and it was the best used car buying experience I have ever had. From my first inquiry to the delivery of the car, everything went smoothly with no issues. Craig was my main contact, and he answered every question I had night or day. These guys sold my AMG and were able to get me 10% more than my local Mercedes’ dealership were offering as trade in. Given the level of cars they sell, you can understand that was a significant amount more back in my pocket. Nothing but professional service from start to finish.
