Ordering on the website was nice and simple. Collecting the order was a little confusing due to an email stating to go to the warehouse, on arrival to the warehouse was a note directing me to the shop. I explained this to the lady behind the counter who didn't really acknowledge what I'd said or an apology. Maybe worth changing the email with clear collection point.
