I ordered a upper in time for a wild hog hunt. It arrived and I mounted a night sight and tried to zero. The upper wouldn't cycle. After chat with customer service I was advised to sent it back for repair and missed my hunt. Waited for update, sent a chat on 7/12 requesting status and missed my hunt the next weekend. Finally on 7/13 received email from Build Specialist who advised the gas port had not been drilled through. I was shocked that they don't test fire their uppers unless requested by customer at time of purchase. On 7/19 he said he drilled it out some more and test fired it again. Would handle 5.56 loads but not 223. Said he would enlarge it and test fire then ship by "tomorrow ( Wednesday)" and keep me advised. Didn't hear anything Wednesday or Thursday 7/21 so requested refund as I am now concerned about quality and service. Today 7/22 I sent chat and asked about the refund. Was advise I would be contacted by Tier 2 customer service.

The lower build kits were great but some of the parts could have fit better . They were discount build kits though. One kit was missing a takedown pin detent pin, we emailed them and they sent me one so all was good.

Ryan was completely thorough and helped expedite my order. Received my upper in 3 days.

I love ar15 discounts they have a wonderful selection of build parts and the items I ordered came exactly as detailed.

The shopping experience, from just looking at products to buying products to having everything shipped to the house, was great! Evrything shipped in a timely fashion, they even threw in a discount code for the next order and some stickers! To top it off the packing slip had a thank you note on it. (Btw thanks eric!) I ordered two Magpul magazines and was given a 10% code to use when ordering as I was a first time buyer. I tried the code and it didn't work so I used the chat line and talked to a very polite young lady. She gave me a new code to use and I tried it. It didn't work either but as the young lady stayed with me I discovered that it was my error causing the code to not be accepted. Again, it was my mistake and I did finally get my discount. I was very pleased with the patience given by the customer support. I received my items quickly and they arrived as described. Bottom line, excellent service and very fast shipping. UPDATE: They didn't change they way they shipped the new barrel and won't respond to me. Won't respond, deleted comments then pretended like they didn't. Trash customer service. If you want damaged/and dirty parts buy from these people.
