A great experience from start to finish. I had my laser done here, Laki was extremely professional and was very clued on about the machinery she was using. During my consultation she was honest about how many sessions I would need, thinking of my needs rather than seeing it as a money grabbing opportunity lol. Throughout my sessions, Laki explained the process in detail and talked me through the progress of the laser treatment on my hair. She maintained friendly chat during sessions and remained professional at all times, making sure I was comfortable and as pain free as possible. 10/10 highly recommended.
