It is difficult for me to write this review without it sounding contrived.I had a previous unpleasant experience with another not so smart insurance company that would mean my premium would rise to a staggering £825 per month over the term!! I was initially guarded with Katy Murphy,(once bitten twice shy!)but i have to say she was extremely transparent and direct with her answers to my questions. Her ability to stay focused on my issues as well as getting across all her compliance legalities was impressive. I had requested a fairly high life assurance value so with her recommendation we split the policy in 2 and , true to her word, she was promptly back in touch the very next morning with all the details. The process was relatively straightforward. As we all know, the insurers want to know the ins and outs of everything to give accurate and reliable cover,Katy made the process very enjoyable and wasn't at all robotic. Needless to say the initial cover is in place and Katy will be keeping me up to date with the second policy developments. I can only say that i would recommend the one life group to anyone..well done and thank you again Katy!! top marks!
