I recently booked a 4 days trip to Punta Cana with Oui Travel Rd. I came across a google ad and clicked. You could tell a lot of effort was put into the website, but clearly it wasn't made by a professional web designer... It was obvious as well the company was new. But I sent a message to get more information. I live in Ft Lauderdale and go to Punta Cana for a few days at least twice a year. I tried quite a lot of the all-inclusive there and for less than 600 a night, even in June outside of peak season, you'll get a nice room for sure. But the food... The constant loud music and the afternoon drinking games... The dirty pool water after 4pm... Not for me anymore. It's been a few years now that my wife and I rent the same nice condo in Los Corales. It's very central and safe. But this time I came alone and didn't want to bother cooking or going to the supermarket. Ouitravel replied promptly and from the first exchange I had a good feeling. I didn't book the condo through them as I already knew where to stay, but I used their airport service and their full board meal plan... It was for sure some of the best food I had in Punta Cana. They delivered my 3 meals 3 times a day at the time I requested. They took care of filling up my fridge with the grocery list I sent them the day before my arrival. Perfect service! I took their 24/7 assistance option too, they only charged me 30$ a day as I was alone. I didn't need help during my short stay, but I sent them a message at 4am one morning, just to see... 1 minute later, they replied asking if I was ok and needed anything. I'm not getting younger so it's good news to know there's such a service in case of emergency. I can only recommend this company. Alexis the manager is also the chef and he's really good. You can tell he genuinely cares for people and I wish him and his company the best, they deserve it! Can't wait to have his Benedict for breakfast again...

Excelente servicio y buenas atenciones! Todo el personal fue muy atento con nosotros y respondían rápidamente nuestras inquietudes. Hicimos el city tours en Santo Domingo y fue excelente!!! Tuvimos el transporte, el guía privado y snacks; por un precio increíble! Nos quisimos quedar una noche en SD y a pesar de que no estaba en nuestros planes, ellos hicieron todo lo posible por conseguirno un buen hotel según nuestro presupuesto y en la noche nos ayudaron con la reservación de un restaurante que nos encantó! Muy feliz con todo el servicio de Alexis y su equipo!!!
