Spain | 25 July 2019I changed to Chartercross from a very large finacial group. I was not happy where I was and was getting poor performance on my investments and getting passed around from one advisor to the next. Chartercross have made my investments work and keep me up to date with changes in the law. I feel comfortable dealing with them and trust them. Andy

Denmark | 21 February 2019I have not had a good experience with Chartercross Capital Management. Part of my pension was invested in the Ardent Fund which went into liquidation in 2016. The result of which was a loss of approx. 30% of my pension. Since placing my pension with Chartercross in 2015, my fund has not seen an increase and is slowly loosing value each year.

Belgium | 18 February 2019Seem quite knowledgable Easy to accept money into pension funds but difficult to take money out when needed. So far it has taken 4 months to get my money out and still no resolution, despite a lot of nice words.

Sweden | 16 February 2019A little bit pushy in the beginning to sign you up!! Once you’re on board they offer sound impartial financial advice, regular follow ups and they’re always available when needed. They follow up reasonably quickly to questions. The financial management platform is easy to use. Overall I find Chartercross to be good in their field of expertise.

Canada | 14 February 2019I invested my two UK pensions (including my British Army pension) with Chartercross and within a year they had lost 41,000 GBP of my total pension amount to fraud with a company that had been in business for a year. Further to that I've not seen any increase in my pension investment with what was left over. If I had a choice to move my pension I'd do it in a heartbeat. I'll never give Chartercross a good review and will deter anyone from investing with Chartercross.

United Kingdom | 14 February 2019They do not keep me updated with an investment that has lost me 20K and investigations ongoing in USA but do not know what is going on and this has been for over 2 years now

United States | 13 February 2019Lots of people cold called about getting my pensions out of the UK but Chartercross were the only ones who saw it through to the end. the others gave up when missing paperwork or information made it difficult. I now have visibility of all my former UK pensions, including the state one, in one place.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2019I used Chartercross to convert my UK final salary pension into something more flexible for me now I am living abroad. I was a little apprehensive about using an offshore company, but it was clear early on they had the experience and integrity to make my transition a success. I found them very responsive and always took the time to ensure I fully understood the choices that had to be made. The only room for improvement would be the online platform. It works, but its a little clunky.

United States | 13 February 2019Honest people and culture

Denmark | 13 February 2019Chartercross is good at selling and otherwise good at what they do. Not so good at processing, follow ups or regular communication with their clients. When I moved all my pensions out of the UK they did not communicate properly about their failure moving one of my pension schemes out (which is now stranded in BREXIT UK and I have lost 20% face value). I also ordered a share purchase before Christmas 2018. Here I am 2 months later. I have written to them since, and have NO IDEA if I am bought or sold. No idea at what price or not. No idea what is going on with my pensions. I have a feeling the purchase did not go through……. which in that case, would have lost me money…. once again. I am sure they are charging "good management fees" for losing money on my behalf. Great business model. Not so good, if you are a client of Chartercross

United Kingdom | 13 February 2019The great thing about this team is they don't chase you and they respect your privacy. I would highly recommend them.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2019Me experience with Chartercross has unfortunately been very poor. They has been a loss of over 30% in my retirement Portfolio. The loss mainly relates to one investment and since then there has been inadequate follow up or advise.

Norway | 13 February 2019Like that CCM is proactive.

Germany | 13 February 2019Initially I was dubious about working with Chartercross, however after several months of discussions, investigations and now investment activity, I must say I am extremely happy with the level of professionalism and "demystification" they bring to their area of expertise. James Dodds and Henry Boulter have provided excellent support to both my wife and I.

New Zealand | 13 February 2019Charterhouse have provided great advice and service on every occasion regarding my financial future and deakings.
