My entire experience with InnerCamp is a great one and I cannot recommend this school enough. I was present in onsite and online events as well, and I can definitely say that InnerCamp is my tribe. Their programs are not only professional but also, they helped me grow on a personal level. I like their approach in the trainings that respects both science and spirituality, and the human touch when it comes to the customers. I found the course to be informative however the so called ‘Happiness’ manager extremely condescending, passive aggressive and lacked the ability to full receive what was being explained. I felt she needed the training more than I did. Alexis also ignored me when I cc’d him in on emails which suggests he himself has not quite evolved to a place where he has the capacity to deal with all types of queries. Alas we’re all on a journey, but would not recommend or return for more courses. Update: this is exactly my point everything is a battle lol ‘you know my name’ so what? And doesn’t you admitting that validate my review? I also know your name which I decided not to use…this review isnt about names its about an experience…. ‘My experience’ and your inability to accept that is astounding, the delusion that every review should be beautiful, positive and tree hugging is not healthy considerate you ‘know my name’ why not reach out for a resolution…because you’re more interested in being right then learning/growing and for the record it is my legal middle and surname which I use online but honestly that should be the very least of your worries smh. To add, the reason I waited was to be certain this review was not sent on emotion and now based on your childish, ignorant response I’m very glad I did.

Inner Camp offer an amazing breathwork training. The modules are well structured, the content provides a really holistic overview of breathwork and other related themes. I was completely captivated throughout! Inner Camp also offers a really special community and support network made up of truly amazing people!! If you want to go on a journey of personal growth and learn powerful techniques to share with others this is for you. Very grateful for the experience and highly recommend!!

Innercamp is a very well established school and easy to follow. The only critique that I have, is that the school is a bit unclear about were the focus is... Neo tantra or Traditional Tantra. We learn about both sides and how to separate them though. The program includes a lot of self exploration and self healing. Ancient tools performed in a modern way. We have had 3 main teachers and they complement each other well. I would have appriciated someone with deeper ancient relations to the Tantric Tradition in India perhaps. The content of the course could have included more books to read as a part of the curriculum. But I solved that missing part and studied a lot extra on my own. Overall Im very content and love to recommend anyone who would like to go deeper in their inner spiritual jeorney to choose InnerCamp! <3

The Tantric Embodiment training with Innercamp has been a wonderful experience! The program is very interesting, offering tantric practices and exercises that can be applied in contemporary life, with a trauma-informed approach. I really enjoyed the holistic perspective of the training and the combined study of traditional tantra fundamentals, energy work, psychology, breathwork, and other healing methods. I also appreciated the live meditations and embodied practices with experienced teachers. I loved Marjolein's womb/hara practices and shamanic viewpoint, particularly. The new platform and app are also very nice! Thank you for the beautiful 10-month journey, Innercamp :)

Course with Inner Camp was informative and full of insights. I have definitely connected more with my own body and start to be more aware of the signals that has been sending to me. On the other side all provided teoretical information helped me gain certain knowladge about trauma and post traumatic disorder. Looking forward for more courses with Inner Camp in nearest future.

I enrolled in the Breathwork Teacher Training with Innercamp in March 2023. I had no idea that time how life-changing this course would be for me. While on my healing journey in the past 3 years, I had to realise I was just scratching the surface with every attempt I had done. With the breathwork course I had opened realms of my inner truths which I hadn't been able to touch before and my own healing has reached a milestone. If you think that Tantra is all about sex… I’m sorry, this is not true. No worries, I was thinking the same but now I can tell you my personal experience given that Five months ago I started my tantric journey with Innercamp. Tantra is a deep healing process, a transformative journey in which I could identify and connect with my Inner Self. It’s the Art to be present , it’s a continuous personal growth. During this process I woke up my consciousness, I learned how to live from the depths of my heart, without any armor or judgment, just observing, respecting myself and giving me space. When you connect from the heart nothing can hurt you, from there you can heal any emotional trauma stuck since childhood or any painful experience that is locked into shadows and energetic wounds. When I could see them with awareness I started to feel free of any judgment while forgiving and accepting.I learned to appreciate my vulnerability and open up to it, I learned how to get emotionally naked and I recovered my self confidence. Now I can recognize my light, my passion, my compassion, my beauty and I can love myself. I learned much more about conscious breath, about my energetic body and how to connect with my intuition and a divine source. REALLY Tantra turned my life around and I hope each one of you can have the opportunity to know this beautiful world and become a tantric person to enjoy the life of your dreams that you deserve and find your mission on this Earth. A big big thanks to Innercamp and all the beautiful souls that are working within, I recommend them with all my heart, I felt very comfortable and well supported in every detail. Namaste.

Inner Camp was an incredible training! The facilitators each brought their own unique expertise and flavor to the training while also giving strong structure to the collective whole. I deeply appreciated the depth of knowledge and embodied wisdom that the training exemplified and nourished in each of the students.
