There's almost always some doubt when purchasing an article that cannot be seen and felt before the purchase, especially if that article will be relied upon constantly. Given the knowledge about Asterom and its products, it was decided to give them a try. Not only was I not disappointed, I was very happy! The wood used is very firm and strong; it didn't flex when I tested it by leaning strongly on it. The shape of the grip felt as natural as if it had been custom-made for my hand. The cherry color stain and finish are just beautiful, and I very much like that I also received a wrist strap and spare rubber tip. The decorative cane ring adds a very stylish and distinctive touch. So that it retains its new appearance for as long as possible, this cane is being reserved for special occasions, and not used every day, although I would not hesitate to use it daily if it were my only cane. I am even thinking about making a storage case for the cane. I will be glad to purchase more canes from Asterom, since I believe strongly in supporting good small businesses that make good and useful products. дуже дякую!!

Asterom makes some of the best quality canes I have ever seen. Oleg is one of the nicest people I've ever did business with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a good quality cane that will last for many years. I originally ordered a 36" standard length but realized it was a little short for my height so they sent me a replacement 38" shaft and it's perfect. I love everything about it.

I received my cane today, and it is perfect!!! Absolutely gorgeous. Sturdily built. When I first got the package, the box was damaged, and I was worried about the internal condition. But Asterom’s packaging team did great, and there is no damage. The amount of padding wrapped around was perfect. Not too much, and not too little. The construction of the cane, with separating the handle from the shaft, is VERY smart. The handle can’t break off during shipping if it’s not attached!!! Brilliant. Next, because of the handle being a separate piece than the shaft, I was worried about the strength of the handle. But the length of the threaded rod definitely helps in support. Very good engineering. This cane is beautiful, but the level of detail they took on care in all aspects is even more amazing to me. These canes are amazingly sturdy, well engineered, and gorgeous. I will be telling everyone I know!!! I am beyond pleased with the cane and how it looks, feels, and is constructed. Again, the thought that went into every detail of the cane, from construction to shipping, is the best of the best.

Asterom canes are beautiful and very sturdy. I am using a 7/8" tip that is broader on the ground (about 3 1/2 inches) and makes a more secure foot, especially on wet ground. I also have what Asterom calls a "saddle back" handle, called a "derby" handle elsewhere, and seems superior functionally. In addition, the Asterom personnel have been remarkably responsive. I couldn't ask for more.

My experience with Asterom has been entirely positive. I selected the Eagle Head handle, which looks out proudly on the world from its supporting oak shaft. The handle and the shaft itself are finished in a delightful cherry color. The skill involved in creating the cane is at an international level, indicating the commitment to quality of this Ukrainian family company. Communication with them is easy, and delivery of the cane was early, well within the several week period they suggest is required. Reaction to the cane from strangers has been remarkable. In one instance, a woman, drawn to the beauty of the eagle head, approached me at a hospital where I was receiving chemotherapy. She said that seeing an eagle reminds her of God, and then proceeded to bless me with a prayer! I felt that Asterom's dedication to fine work has created a positive power that can fly around the world. I can't imagine a higher recommendation.

Congratulations on making such a fine product. My wife and I ordered an indigo ergonomic walking cane through Amazon & it arrived safely, secured in a well designed package. We had ordered another cane from a different company that needed to be returned twice due to poor product packaging which resulted in a damaged cane each time. We never did get an undamaged cane. The other company gave no indication of the country of origin of its products and will not respond to inquiries, while communication with Asterom was easy and quick. The forthright knowledge that your products are proudly made in Ukraine is much appreciated.
