The Stockbridge Store was cold throughout. Customers have to giveway to staff stacking shelves or moving trollys. There is no eye contact or communication between staff and customers. Veg and fruit being put on display that is clearly rotting

Am a regular earlyshopper (6am) at Tesco Sheldon branch (Birmingham) for lack of an option. Their customer service is pathetic, there are two old ladies who are always very grumpy in the morning, most customers do the self checkout as there is no one to assist because they are always busy cleaning their work stations.

Just been to do a big shop at my local Lidl and had to return something this is the third time I’ve had to return something but the staff are brilliant . They don’t look down their noses or ask stupid question about your return they just do in a professional way . Lots of stores and supermarkets could take a leaf out of their book as far as training staff on returns. Great staff always friendly.

@asda (Lewisham ) has soiled duva items  (bodily fluids) on their shelves in their packaging which also wasn't even one of their brands it's was a Sainsbury's duvet in their packaging. When i complained and asked for a refund or exchange, they'll loudly acused me of doing it in front of other customers and staff! That I had done this! That i am lieing! And this mistake can't possibly of happened so i must of done it!  They want to use the fact that I ended up getting extremely upset for not getting my exchange after it was cancelled in front of me and bluntly accused of theft by swapping my own apparently duvet for a new one which then caused me to start shouting in the shop  as an excuse not to investigate especially when I had asked the manager still refused to investigate. The store manager want to make accusations and take my statutory right for an  investigation. I am the one who had one manager saying well this has never happened  before so this can't be true as if first time mistake can't happen and I'm just a liar and the other male manager showing no kindness what so ever saying this is not possible you must of went home and swapped duva I'm not giving you the exchange he had immediate judgement on me did not like to listen to my story he had already believed in his head was true and yet I'm supposed to stay calm They also just allowed the staff members to continuously make comments "she definitely did it" while also given me dirty looks they all loudly making assumptions the managers also allowed their staff members continuously gather around when I was having this conversation with them and allowed that 10 of the staff members to all gathered at the exit as I'm walking out the store and allowed one of their staff members to make a sarcastic comment as I walked out as well   I cannot explain how this happened I can only tell you my story which is simple i picked the product off their store shelves and that's the duva that came out! at the end of the day the customers only has their word and they refuse to listen to mine they showed me no kindness or consideration it's also upsetting  that I am a regular customer in their store most of their staff members have seen me I am a regular I live in the area and (@asda Lewisham) was my local supermarket so to get this judgement and treatment from them was very unexpected and very hurtful. I then began my own self investigation and called customer service and asked for it to be done a member of customer service then told me I need to go back to the store and ask them for a CPQC check inwhich i was still refused by the male store manager. During that seconded visit to the store a third party was present and she had then accused him of being a racist for not offering to investigate all the exchange I was then told by customer service that the manager is using that reason the comment from a third person as excuse to not do the investigations  I found that to be very double standard and  i am the one he is accused of being a dirty person and a theif and not offered an investigation or refund but when the managers accused of being a racist and this is how he reacts. @asdacustomerservice don't actually offer a service nor take responsibility for the behaviour of the staff in their stores. Called to complain about how I was treated and was told I needed to go back to the store to ask them to investigate. #selfinvestigation #fail #asdapolicingthemselves and after I had attempted myself investigation the only email I got back was I was banned from the store  based on the racist remark done by a third party and abusive remarks( e.g. me getting upset and shouting in the store) and that head office nor the store would offer me a refund. Disgusting customer service! no loyalty to the regular customers! Petty behaviour! @asda can make false accusations all round and now i can't go back. Who wants to shop in a store where YOU are abused and assaulted and then get accused of something you didn't do #falseaccusations #imnotaracist #liars

ONLINE SHOPPING. SAINSBURY 45 London Rd, Southend-on-Sea SS1 1PL. Not a good experience in general. Small stocks compared to other Sainsburys stores. Online cost when ordering is an estimate, differs from sales receipt, that’s when you receive it.

Aldi.co.uk I've only been to three Aldi stores in the Swindon, Wiltshire area but on some occasions not every time I've found I've not been given the discount if an item has been marked down say 30% or I've been charged for more of the same items that I purchased. I write this review because not only myself has experienced this but also my wife.

Morrison’s - you have managed to make shopping a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Forcing people to go to the far end of the shop, queue for ages quite close together and then shouting at them when your staff take their eye off the ball and start trying to claim people haven’t been queuing when they have been waiting for 15 mins has made me decide not to come back ( especially as you also did not have vegetarian quorn ham, any ginger or any french sticks). This is the third time in a row that a visit to Morrison’s has left me feeling really annoyed. Aldi and Waitrose are both much more pleasant and never shout at their customers!

Until a few months ago I would have rated LIDL UK 4* STAR. NOW DISASTAR* (I know , should be STER) POETIC LICENCE..Early JUNE this year I spent 150.92. 3 incidents happened all SHOCKING 1) Injured by WRECKLESS CONDUCT of staff. A MANAGER I believe. 21/2 months later still.in pain 2) SHOUTED at ANGRILY from distance distance by another (YOB?) staff colleague. ASTONISHING and DISGUSTING!! 3) ILLEGALLY SOLD FOOD PAST USE BY DATE. REALLY!! (ROTTEN) APPLE PIE...Any goods with USE BY DATE become ILLEGAL to SELL at midnight of USE BY DATE. Different to BB4 ( BEST BEFORE ). A guidance date....STILL IN PAIN nearly 90 days after incident. As if that was not bad enough I was repeatedly IGNORED by CISTOMER SERVICES. IGNORED BY CEO. " Who pays his LARGE ( not lidl ) SALARY?? We do. Until these 3 incidents during one shopping NIGHTMARE I rated LIDL 4*. NOW DISA****. Note to wallet. " We've been mugged ONCE. Never AGAIN " After in house investigation aside from " ROTTEN APPLE PIE " other incidents didn't happen!!. Had to plead guilty on APPLE charge. Had receipt and ILLEGALLY SOLD as proof. Cleary LIDL using " NEVER ADMIT LIABILITY " as defence allegedly. I am a lidl bit OFFENDED and PAINED by their conclusions. Worthless OPINION me. Can I SUE? NOW LIDL have twice lost ID DOCUMENTS sent to DATA PROTECTION DEPT. Not an APRIL FOOLS!! Yes REALLY Think KEYSTONE COPS COMEDY HOUR. ICO and MYSELF are not LAUGHING. Lost them TWICE. I repeat TWICE. Then they asked me to send them a 3rd time. Why don't I just put them online. DON'T!! Documents sent to LONDON OFFICE recorded delivery. I have proof of delivery. They then ask me if I posted documents to MOTHERWELL LIDL. Noooooo. Turns out a staff member in LONDON OFFICE appears to have sent them to MOTHERWELL. The person has yet to be identified. FOLLOW THIS? Neither can I. CONCLUSION. STEP aside and let ICO deal with this very serious issue.

George - Asda Barrow. Woman working there was so rude to me I felt absolutely humiliated, shocking customer service. If shoppers aren't allowed to touch clothing, shut the department!!!!!!! Yet in the isle people are packed in like sardines and touching produce left right and centre!! Disgraceful attitude.

As an employee in one of the major supermarkets, l am embarrassed by so many customers attitude, to the keep safe policies we have in store to help them. * moaning to staff, they have to queue outside * moaning that limited tills/self-service machine are on due to safe distancing * not keeping 2m distance * going up the wrong way on the one way system when it's clearly marked out All the supermarkets have put in so much time and effort, to HELP the customers and they give staff such a hard time. Sad really !! As the saying goes " there ain't anything funnier than folk " To all my colleagues in the industry, keep doing your bit and believe in karma !!! A big shout out to us all !!

This morning I went into Booths supermarket in Penrith I was buying fresh garlic and chicken breast fillet The chicken breast was full of fat and chicken feathers on the underside. The large label covered the poor quality of the chicken which I paid a good price for they were not cheap Next the garlic had been frozen and could not get my chef grade knife to cut it. I think it’s disgusting if I wanted to buy poor quality garlic I would have bought garlic granules Will never set foot in any of their stores ever again

Morrisons are the only supermarket who seem to be managing the Covid-19 outbreak in a way where customers understand where they are. Try to join the website and there is a waiting time which suggest they know what they are doing to manage the increased loading. Book a delivery and they can deliver, unlike the constant rejection from Tesco and especially Sainsbury’s. They deliver on time, although some goods are unavailable or substituted. Call centre staff are a credit to Morrison’s and go above and beyond expectation. So happy with Morrison’s. A family in Swansea supporting a GP in self isolation. Well done Morrisons.

Dangerous! Stay away from Morrisons in Exeter store if you value your life! The staff have no consideration for social distancing either amongst themselves or with customers. The "precautions" implemented with respect to Covid-19 are superficial at best and maintaining 2m from staff and other shoppers for your entire visit to this supermarket is a physical impossibility - about which nobody seems worried.

Wilko's, Wolverahmpton, a new shop, the 'signs' to tell you which aisle has which items are terrible, there are round signs covering a number of aisles and you have to walk along all of them to find what you need. I spoke to a member of staff and the lady thought the roundal signs were enough, clearly not

Watch out when you buy Morrisons' food baked in store. A shard of plastic in Morrisons' Family Bramley Apple Pie nearly got down my throat. I found a second shard of plastic also in the filling. Emma Barret the manager did not seem to see the need to act the last time I told her about issues. I think there is no point telling her this time.

Morrison’s in Queensbury has to be the worst supermarket I have ever been in. There are always queues at the petrol Station. The manager is always too busy try to win an award for best looking shop. Customer service desk is never manned, the person in the Tabasco kiosk is supposed to look after that as well as the parcel collection and drop off. Sometimes you’re shunted from one queue to another. The last three weeks they haven’t had any bags for fresh flowers, and to top it all the lights in the entrance hall are all out. When I have asked staff about anything it is very clear their moral is rock bottom. Only reason I have to use it is because it is the closest to where I live. However I am going to become wiser and travel a little further and make sure I get everything I need and not run out of anything. Just can’t think of anything positive to write about this particular store.

There is no point building 10 checkouts if you've no intention of using them. Having no more than 4 open since day 1 is not going to win customers over. No self service check outs, limited parking for disabled drivers too. They also ran out of things too quickly. The manager was rude and didn't seem to care. I tried several times in there and I'm not willing to wait ten minutes to get out. I won't be going back. I'll stick to Tesco

My wife and me are regular shoppers at Morrisons but we do not feel the supermarket is maintaining the standards they use to. On the back of a fuel price war that I understand was started by Morrisons and the motorist suffered, I recently visited the Castle Bromwich branch to shop. One of the items I wanted was a small salad of their salad DIY counter. There was no small trays but plenty of medium and large. I enquired at the pizza counter whom was very helpful but on escalating my request I asked could I have a small salad in a medium tray I was told by her manager that no you would have to pay for a medium. She was talking to a customer at the time about the state of the UK milk market and I feel the manager was quite dismissive of my enquiry for small trays.

Avoid Asda grocery deliveries like the plague. Last month and again this month my order wasn't delivered. This second time I was blamed for non delivery as I was supposedly not at home. Their delivery van didn't even appear on my street. Once your order is picked Asda place an allocation against your bank account. It has taken 3 very long phone calls to get my money released at the bank so that I can shop elsewhere. My granddaughter has tried them for grocery deliveries too and has had even bigger problems

Never buy Tescos Chicken Jalfreze curry! This was so tasteless & had no sign of peppers, tomatoes or visible onions in it! The chicken had definitely not been marinated & cooked in the sauce, it had just been thrown into a ready made sloppy sauce! It was just horrible & the smell alone made me feel sick. I gave it to the fox in my garden & even he didn't eat it! I'll stick to Morrison's ready made curries in future at least they taste authentic & flavoursome or even better make my own! What a waste of money!
