i ordered from belgium, everything was as it should be, good communication, good delivery and good quality

Fast shipment and good prices. Product was hard to install as there is a language dependency that neither the product documents or Bola website describes (whitch they do for other products).

Standard delivery in 3-4 business days. Now 8 business days after delivery and product is still no show. Edit: It took 11 business days to receive item. I don't blame you because delivery is out of your hands but why promise something if supplier can't keep it?
