We have used HBT for a number of years and have had consistently good service from them. Peter has been our consistent contact for all our years with them and is great to work with. Any interactions with the rest of the team have always been positive also.

Had the phone system installed 2016 while upgrading the server. System has been reliable since then. Any new requirements that we have required have been sorted out diligently with very little inconvenience. Over all very happy with the service.
