Ashley made a wonderful job of our bathroom, solving numerous problems that kept manifesting as we went on (it's an old house). It took a little longer than anticipated but no short cuts were taken to get finished. I have to mention that he even emptied his van of all his tools and went to rescue my son who had come off his moped, above and beyond the call of duty.

I have used One Step Installations to fit both my kitchen and my bathroom. From the original consultation when Ashley came out to my house at a time which was suitable to myself to the finish, I could not fault this company at all. He is very knowledgeable and also has some great little quirky ideas to finish it all off to a very high standard. He is very much the perfectionist and his work is to an exceptional standard. He was very punctual, trustworthy and was more than happy to leave a key with him whilst I was out working. I would also like to add that even tho it was a major upheaval and had my kitchen and bathroom completely stripped back to the bare walls, I still managed to come home to a tidy house!! Keep up the good work, would highly recommend and should I need anything else doing, I would definitely be calling upon this company again

It has been over a year since my bathroom was replaced and overall it seems to be a good job. However, I think that there are a few things I should point out. There were:- 1. Things which were not done properly. For example, "H" and "C" on a mixer tap are the wrong way round. 2. Things I had paid to have done but were not. For example, the bottoms of the doors were not planed down. 3. Things I had asked to be done but was persuaded that they did not need doing. For example, I ask for a new stopcock. Perhaps this is partly my fault and I should have been more insistent. If required, I could go into more detail on the above matters.

We were so happy impressed with the finish on our main bathroom a couple of years ago we got them to do our en- suite refurb this year. Very impressed again - we'd be happy to recommend them. Work done on time , very good standard , small changes we requested during install done without fuss. Really good standard all round.

Design and improvisation of the bathroom I could not fault. I felt they were pushed for time for the duration of the project. Attention to detail could have been better for a few jobs. Overall ok, this is not our forever bathroom, but still expect the job to be done to a high standard.

Did a great job of our bathroom refurb in super quick time. Would definitely recommend and use Ashley again.
