It was a smooth process for me to make the appointment and then when he saw me I had some treatment on site with him followed by a range of exercises for me to carry out at home all of which definitely helped to improve my condition significantly and pretty swiftly, considering the amount of discomfort I was in when I saw him and the extremely limited mobility that I had. In addition he even checked in on me and answered a couple of questions that I had which I thought was great especially as it was a bank holiday weekend! All in all great service.....would highly recommend!

Attended a session with Chris 2 months ago we talked through the history of my shoulder pain as well as taking time to understand where exercise fitted in my life with family and work. Chris came up with a compact 20 minute plan of exercises that i could do at home to improve flexibility and strength. Recently returned for a follow up with notably less pain and we have developed the exercise plans to continue the progress, Chris took time to ensure this is manageable and realist for me. Highly recommend and a really easy person to talk with.

I went in assuming I wasn’t going to be able to run and Chris helped me not just get to the start line but do so with symptoms almost completely cleared up (and get the pb). His knowledge of running shoes, injuries, treatment and healing is outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

Chris was great at working out the lightly cause and reassuring me with the worries of maybe not being able to complete the run. He tailored my plan for the coming weeks and recommended changes to my warm ups/cool downs to manage the injury. Because of this I was able to manage the injury and completed the marathon still within my goal time, and since then with his further recommendations have fully recovered. Thanks again Chris!

United Kingdom | 26 April 2024I recently trained for my first marathon in April and first met with Chris late last year to go through a training plan. He was able to give me a great training plan which catered to my needs, starting with some strength training before transitioning to longer runs. We caught up a few times to go over my progress and general advice for running the marathon. In March with only a few weeks to go, I developed an injury in my IT band and Chris was able to diagnose the problem well, giving me stretches and a revised training plan which helped the injury to ease off in time for the big day. I was finally able to run the marathon in 3 hours 52 minutes, which wouldn't have been possible without Chris' help over the last few months!

I injured my foot while training for a marathon and Chris got me back on track with my training by giving me helpful strength building exercises and useful information that has really helped with my recovery. He always has a really friendly attitude and remembered details of what we had spoken about previously, he was thoughtful and took my progress into account when thinking about my next steps. Most importantly he gave me sound advice around adjusting my training and the exercises he provided helped me progressively get running again as well as building my confidence back - thanks Chris, I'd definitely be back if I need physio in the future.

United Kingdom | 10 August 2023Chris was a great support when I needed help recovering from a hip injury I picked up from running at the end of 2022. He diagnosed the problem in our initial session and gave me some light exercises to begin my recovery. Over the course of several months, I had several follow up sessions with Chris in which he guided me through a progressive recovery plan and set me on my way to continue rehabilitating myself once our sessions came to an end. Recovery from injury can be a long and frustrating process, but Chris's knowledge and guidance made mine a much easier and more manageable process. He's patient, good at explaining medical terminology and a nice guy.

He listened to my concerns and explained how best he can deal with them, he put me at ease and was always on hand to help me with a variety of questions around my preparation for the marathon. I came to Chris to help alleviate pain in my hip from running and after a couple of sessions the pain was essentially non existent and the follow on sessions helped me manage it and deal with other aches and pains I was having during training.
