The lady I talked to when I called to place an order was so rude that I hung up on her. I waited a few hours to call back and was going to hang up if she answered the phone. A different lady answered and she was very nice and professional. I placed my order and was informed the I would get a hose with my mask. I paid for it and received my mask fairly quick in the mail. No hose. I called to complain and was informed that the kit did not include a hose. I didn't order a hose because I didn't get free shipping. If I had ordered one with the original order the hose would have been shipped free because my order qualified for shipping.

I have been ordering supplies from CPAP Supply for years now. Their customer service is excellent, and I am very happy with the price and quality of the products they sell. I refuse to use the company that our insurance contracts with! Their prices for CPAP machines and supplies were ridiculous, and their customer service was sadly lacking. In fact the same exact CPAP machine my insurance contractor was going to charge me $1,200 for, I got from CPAP Supply for $600 as there was a new model coming out. have a high deductible insurance plan, so I choose to go it alone and deal with CPAP Supply. I would highly recommend them!
