Your products are poorly engineered and do not last long. The over-telephone help was adequate. I wanted a face mask which didn't fit on the part it was supposed to be seated on, and I could not return it because I had to open the package to try it on. For approximately the same money another vendor provided a kit with three facemasks sizes, one of which fit me.

Great service and great products. Only thing is my CPAP and consumables are Resmed and those are usually exempt from the discounts. Another thing is I sent a chatmail and was answered that it was not business hours, but would be answered. I was with a message to call a certain number and a particular person. I did and was put on hold. I finally got tired of waiting and hung up. Overall though this is a great source of supplies.
