Never came , ..........

I orderered 20th january and i had to send them many emails before i was answered. On the 7th february. Then they told me that the package was mishandeled.

forgot the stand for the record plaque :( it was a gift for a friend and she left jordan. imagine paying for something and not getting it.

the whole order was perfect except that you forgot the gift wrap

Hi I ordered this as a gift so selected to have gift wrapping as an extra. I don’t know what kinda gift wrapping this is but I don’t think a white envelope counts. The quality is also pretty bad with bits of the print missing

Great customer service. Quick delivery and affordable.

It took more than 2 weeks to arrive, the delivery guy texted me 3 times telling me he’s coming and didn’t come. And then the product came missing the stands. Didn’t like the service at all.

The plaque i ordered was simply perfect! The ordering proces was really easy and when i had a question they responded fast. So the experience overall was really good and i would definitly order again :)

Despite placing an order almost two months ago, I have yet to receive my package or any form of communication regarding its status. A month ago, I reached out via email inquiring about the missing delivery, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response or information regarding the whereabouts of my package. The complete lack of communication and follow-up has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I expect at least some information about the delays or what’s happening with my order. I had hoped for a better experience with your services, but unfortunately, this situation has fallen far below my expectations.

The customer service is amazing, they are very professional, and the plaques were delivered in no time, the only issue I had is that the colors of the album cover were a little bit off so Im giving 4 stars instead of five, other than that it was a very good experience and I still loved the plaques and I recommend buying from them

the tape thats on the frame is way too hard to remove other than that my purchase was perfect!!!

I ordered 1 song plaque A5 and 1 keychain ,only the song plaque A5 arrived, I tried contacting you on instagram they told me they would check and comeback,but they didn’t, (it’s been 3 months….)
