Fra det øjeblik jeg trådte ind i salonen, blev jeg mødt med et venligt og professionelt personale, som virkelig forstår at skabe en afslappende og hyggelig atmosfære. Min manicurist var utrolig dygtig og tog sig tid til at sikre, at resultatet blev helt perfekt. Jeg fik klassisk manicure, og det er helt fejlfrit – både i form og holdbarhed. Jeg er virkelig glad for, hvordan mine hænder ser ud! Jeg kan varmt anbefale Dream Nails til alle, der leder efter en kvalitetssalon med dygtige fagfolk og fantastisk kundeservice. United Kingdom | 14 October 2024Oana Dinca at the Royal Wharf branch deserves zero stars for her disrespectful and unskillful treatment of customers. The branch has employed an unqualified nail technician who clearly needs proper training. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but she showed no consideration, continuing with another customer while I waited. I ended up waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled time, sitting there for a total of 30 minutes, with no respect for my time. When she finally addressed me, her apology seemed insincere, as if it didn’t matter. She inspected my nails, asking if I had booked a soak-off, which I hadn’t, as I never needed to with other technicians at the Dream Nails branch. She then said she’d check if she had enough time, which was frustrating since she was the one running late. It felt unprofessional that she was now questioning whether there was enough time for my appointment. Her lack of experience became even more apparent when she started my nails without using a towel, something that is standard procedure at the salon. It’s impossible that they ran out of towels, as I noticed other customers who came in after me were still being served with towels. This indicated she was either new or inexperienced. Then she overcut my cuticle, causing it to bleed. She apologized , but her hands were shaking, and when I asked for alcohol to clean the wound, she seemed unsure how to handle the situation. I found out she had only been working there for two months, which explained a lot, but I tried to be understanding. The issues didn’t stop there. As she applied the BIAB, she couldn’t properly cover the edges of my nails, leaving one side thicker than the other. This inconsistency affected all my nails—some had thicker coats, while others had thinner ones. When I asked her to balance it out, she didn’t seem to understand and ended up filing my nails, which made them look even worse. I’ve never had to correct other technicians like this, as they were skilled and knew what they were doing. She, on the other hand, was doing random strokes and acting like she was an expert, but clearly didn’t know what she was doing. When I pointed this out, she seemed irritated and kept asking if I was happy with her work, even though it was far from satisfactory. I had to repeatedly ask her to fix things, and it was exhausting. Her skills were the worst I’ve encountered. To top it off, she rushed to finish the job and asked me to pay at the reception, treating me with none of the courtesy or professionalism I’ve experienced with more skilled technicians at other branches. Her attitude was rude, and it felt like she just wanted to get paid and send me on my way. She even blamed me for not arriving on time, which was completely untrue, as she was the one running late. 1. She didn’t respect the customer’s time, as she was the one who made me wait. 2. Her hygiene practices were poor—she didn’t follow standard procedures like using a towel, and her workspace was messy. 3. She lacked the necessary skills for her job but blamed the customer for her own shortcomings. 4. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and she needs more training in behavior, skills, and hygiene. 5. It seems this branch is short-staffed, given that they’ve hired someone so inexperienced and unqualified. 6. Her attitude towards customers is as if she’s running her own business, which is completely inappropriate in a salon setting like this. She seriously needs proper training. Talking back to customers and making excuses is unacceptable—no one is begging her to do the job. She has serious attitude problems, even blaming me for booking with her. In reality, I didn’t know who she was; she was simply the only one available at the time I am available. She needs to stop acting like she’s the centre of the world. She didn’t deserve £45, her level of hygiene, skills and service was below poor Overall, this was the worst nail service I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend a salon with a unskillful staff with severe attitude issues.

Margarita laver manicure meget flittigt og omhyggeligt neglebelægningen holder meget længe og bevarer et smukt udseende i lang tid. Jeg har været meget glad for at besøge neglebutik i mange år. Denmark | 27 September 2024Dream Nails er bare den bedste negletekniker, mener jeg det hedder, jeg har været der flere gange, og må sige jeg er så glad for at få ordnet negle der, altid sød og venlig, og neglene er så fine, og det holder, og man får ordnet negle bånd og i det hele taget, er det altid et superflot resultat, ALDRIG den mindste fejl, så jeg bestiller forud på tid, for en dygtig negletekniker har travlt, især ved højtider, og jeg kunne ikke drømme om at bruge andre, har jeg prøvet, og det var absolut ikke i nærheden af den kvalitet man får i DREAM NAILS. Denmark | 16 September 2024I Dreamnails bliver man mødt af en yderst professionel og meget omhyggelig medarbejder. Trods flækkede negle, trylles dér. Så man går derfra med et virkelig flot resultat. Jeg har både prøvet manicure og pedicure. Ligedes både shellak og med alm lak og resultatet er i top hver eneste gang. Stedet får de bedste anfalinger af mig. Prisen er også yderst fornuftigt.

Netherlands | 14 July 2024Unreliable and unprofessional I booked an appointment at 1 pm with Angela at Gallions Reach branch. When I got there 1pm they said someone else called in sick and they moved my appointment to 1:30 pm with another professional. However, Angela was there, doing someone’s else nails. This is so wrong on how many levels! The professional I booked my appointment was there and so was I on the exactly time booked. Why was she doing someone’s else nails and not mine if I have the appointment booked? I felt a prejudice against myself as a person! This unacceptable. I have a small baby, had moved all my routine with him, having some taking care of him. I was there at the time booked and they refuse to attend me. This is the worse treatment I have ever had. I am a regular customer and they treated me so disrespectfully. It is a total lack of respect with my schedule, my life. They have no idea of the negative impact they caused me. I am a working mum and this was the only time available I could have my nails done and they simply put someone else at my place. I would like to understand why! Saying that they moved appointments around because someone else called sick is not a reason. The professional I booked my appointment was there and so was I. They should have cancelled the appointments they dont have the professional to attend. I am so disappointed! The professionals are usually quite nice, they are polite but what they did with my appointment and the lack of empathy with customers time is unacceptable! Letting clear: the staff is great, this critics is to management who moved the schedules so badly! They simply changed my appointment from 1pm to 1:40pm. They have a 48h cancellation policy. It should work both ways.

United Kingdom | 29 June 2024Unorganised, rarely if ever do they provide the service previously discussed on the phone at the time of making an appointment as I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve turned up and there’s an issue. Vague, flakey and unreliable in terms of providing correct information or returning a call when promised. Despite the very expensive price tag the quality is rarely to match. When something was specifically requested - the staff were awkward and reluctant to please and provide what was asked and payed for. When I’ve complimented one of them on the service I received (overlooking their rudeness) I was responded to so rudely in a patronising and condescending manner despite being a paying customer. Because I’m softly spoken and quiet they treated me like I was stupid. I’ve paid full price at approximately £50 every time and have often walked out with a less than perfect service. Once I was squeezed in with a rushed sloppy service and was still charged £50. When they make mistakes they don’t acknowledge it and are dismissive, rude and condescending. As they have a lot of demand they feel it’s ok to be arrogant and snapped at me countless times but I didn’t let on that I was offended so they continued to speak to me like that. Having made an error by filing my nails down to the quick and unable to provide what I thought I was going in for, they pre booked another appointment having agreed that with me then later sent an email basically saying “go somewhere else” The reason given in their email for this was ‘due to different rotas it is difficult to allocate particular staff - this was after ‘they themselves’ scheduled a future appointment and then retracted it later the same day conveniently at the same time as my having completed the number of stamps on their loyalty card entitling me to a free service the next time I would have gone in. They didn’t explain what they did and assumed I knew - then not taking that into account they would say there was insufficient time to provide what I wanted and then treat me like I was the problem instead of making appointments to allow for flexibility in providing what a customer wants. Whenever I went in there was never enough time but I was always charged full price. In short small minded, unprofessional, grossly overpriced and very rude.
