I was cautious of lots of unlocking sites, though this site showed up with actual reviews elsewhere so seemed far more reliable then other sites. I unlocked my phone within 15 minutes of requesting the code and having received it, which is an HTC wildfire S. I got two e-mails on in the inbox and one in the junk, same content, different addresses, so it seems they are thorough with getting the code to you. Definitely would recommend it, and will even be using it to unlock a Galaxy S3 soon.
