United Kingdom | 25 January 2014* Website was charging shipping despite saying orders over £500 free. * Could really have done next day delivery but got it two days later (especially just down the road from the warehouse). * Called up to inquire and staff were huffy puffy/little bit rude and abrupt... remember you are there to help sell your product and represent your business. * Packing could have reminded recipient to open with care/be a bit easier to open, as scissors have slightly damaged bass traps; luckily not on the faces that will show/nor will it affect performance. * Shipping should really be free whatever amount you spend. If you can get free shipping from Auralex and all other major players, then you should get free shipping from yourselves. * Email that was sent said to 'reply to this email with any questions'. Guy on phone said that email is an automated email and won't accept incoming mail.... so then don't put suggestions in the body of the message that will simply mislead your customer. Reply to your post as Facebook is spazzing out: Listen I phoned you and asked about the delivery charge and you checked it and apologized for the technical fault, so let's not assume anything about my interpretation. In addition to the fault with delivery charges (something I shouldn't be paying whatever amount I spend), there was a problem with your automated email. As you can imagine the double whammy technical fault took a lot of confidence in you away from me. Furthermore I would not like to be reminded that your delivery information is in the footer on everyone of your pages. For something as important as delivery times, it should be plain obvious whilst you are ordering that I would not get it when I believed I would. Most websites I purchase from will do a next day delivery way beyond that of 11:30 am, which would leave one to believe you would follow suit (and I suggest you look into ways that you can, in order to compete with your rivalry/competitors). I have to say your response to the packing issue is pretty patronising, as although I have a level of common sense/intelligence (which should be clear to you because of how I communicate with you), I was not to know that with the tape being "securley packed" as you delicately put it, that I couldn't use a knife/scissors to get into an otherwise impossible to open piece of packing. There was thick tape on all corners and edges of the box and there was no inner wrapping either (something I would have thought you would have had used to protect the items with such tight packing, in order to avoid/anticipate anyone trying to get in with a knife/scissors). I haven't kicked off with you, I'm just telling you what has happened and my experiences, so rather than revert and point some/most of the blame back on me, just accept my comments and shake hands so we can move forward and I can enjoy your product. I am doubtful I will use you again as a result of your communication.

I also have the monitor isolation pads. The ease of purchase, extremely fast delivery via the next say service made them a pleasure to use and the starter kits are a fantastic price. Highly recommended!

United Kingdom | 05 February 2013I ordered an acoustic panel covered with a print for the wall opposite my speakers in the lounge. After consulting with Shaun at Advanced Acoustic Solutions, we were able to design a custom print which has turned out brilliant. It took only a few days to arrive and has massively improved the acoustics in the room by taking away a lot of reverberation. Now my highs are not confused, a wider and more accurate sound stage which is much more pleasant to listen to. My mids are fuller and the bass in the corners of the room has levelled off to provide a much better experience. Early last year thought I needed a new amp! But it goes to show that room acoustics make a far greater difference than HiFI choice. Thanks, I'd use you again!
