Through contact via email and Twitter they have been really communicative, updating me at various points in production, asking questions when necessary to make sure they're giving me the absolute best product. I've seen them doing similar with other customers too and it gives an overall impression of a friendly, small company that are attentive to their customers and to their online following. The tape measure itself is both heavy and shiny; the two hallmarks of a quality product! It's reassuringly solid and you don't feel like you have to be too delicate with it. Even though it's a gift product, you should feel totally confident to fling this in the toolbox like any other tape measure.

United Kingdom | 20 June 2017Really nice product with an option to personalise the measure for gifting. Excellent quality with a true heavy feel to it, right down to the belt clip which is very sturdy. Nicely boxed.
